With an M.S. in Exercise Physiology & Personal Training and a B.S. in Athletic Training for Sports Medicine, I approach your goals with science, empathy, and real-world experience. My background as a Division 1A Basketball Athlete and Coach grounds everything I do in discipline, resilience, and the mind-body connection.
